How much does Connectably cost?

How much does Connectably cost?
Connectably is a very small investment considering the functionality it covers. See the pricing page for account tiers and functionality.
The free Standard plan helps you to manage your contacts, appointment bookings, sales opportunities and marketing workflows. Sync emails sent, tasks created and meetings booked with Google Workspace or Office365.
Connectably's Automate plan adds the potential to do email marketing and marketing automations. You can also create and send lead magnets. 'Automate' is £50 per month per admin user, or £500 per year. Standard users are free.
Connectably's Get Paid plan allows you to create quote templates and send quotes and take payments electronically. 'Get Paid' is £100 per month per admin user, or £1000 per year. Standard users are free.
Unlike most software, you only pay for the users who need more advanced functions.
Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up for Connectably?
No you do not.
Signing up for the free Standard plan does not require any payment details. As you use it, if you decide you'd like to start a subscription for users on either the Automate or Get Paid plans, then you can complete a direct debit agreement to do so at any time.
If you decide to not continue your subscription, then your account will downgrade to the Standard plan. Data will be securely deleted if you do not log in to your Standard plan account for 6 months or more.
Do you offer discounts for Connectably?
We do offer three-year pricing plans (see below) offering 36 months' subscription for the price of 24, a 33% saving.
Automate: £1000 for 3 years (33% saving on £1500 paying year-by-year for 3 years)
Get Paid: £2000 for 3 years (33% saving on £3000 paying year-by-year for 3 years)
Our pricing is simple and offers incredible value for money. We're not one of those software companies with large sales teams to feed that needs to have a strategy of yo-yo pricing to keep teams of middle management busy and create mock-scarcity, selling to buyers who mistrust us.
If price is your biggest barrier or most important selection criteria, then we haven't articulated the value of Connectably well enough. Sorry. Please see our features page, if you haven't done so already.
Am I locked into a contract with Connectably?
No. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled simply and fairly:
There are no long-term contracts. You set the renewal term, whether as a monthly or an annual subscriber. As long as you continue to pay for the service and use it within the terms, you will have access to the system.
You can cancel your account without further period billing if notice of cancellation is given within 7 days of the subscription expiry date.

Is my data safe in Connectably?
Yes. Your Connectably account is a secure area which is only accessible by you and your authorised users. You can grant Connectably support permission to have controlled user access to your Connectably account which may be withdrawn by you at any time.
You agree to take reasonable endeavours to prevent any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Connectably account. In the event of your becoming aware of any such unauthorised access or use, you must notify us immediately so that we can help you to mitigate any associated risk.
What users do I pay for in Connectably?
In Connectably, you only pay for users of one of our advanced plans, Automate or Get Paid. Standard users are free.
When you sign up for a Standard account, the first user has access to Account Settings as an Admin user:
Settings functions include managing users, fields, tags, workflows, integrations, imports, appointment types and web forms. They can manage business settings and styling settings like colours and fonts. Admin users are also the only users who can run data exports from Connectably.
If you add other users to your Standard level account, they are also added as Standard users. They have access to all features on the 'Standard' plan so can add individual contacts, see and manage contacts, apply tags to and remove them from contacts, create and manage opportunity cards and view help and training resources. If another user on your account is a 'Get Paid' plan user, Standard users can also send quotes to your leads and clients.
Users of our two Advanced plans can do all functions that Standard and Admin users can do. In addition, they can run the following creative functions:
Users on the Automate plan can create, edit and schedule broadcast emails, set up automations, and create email templates and ebook templates.
Users on the Get Paid plan can create and edit quote templates and online order forms (like this one). To use quotes and take electronic payments using online order forms, you need to have at least one user on the account in the Get Paid plan tier.
Unlike most business software products, with Connectably you can mix and match which users have access to which plan levels and only pay for the users who have access to Automate plan or Get Paid plan features.
