Cancellation, returns and refund policy

Version 1.2, January 2019

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the purchase date, where consultancy activities, login to membership services or usage of the software has not yet commenced. Outside this timeframe, all fees are non-refundable.

All card transactions will be made back to the payment card used to make the purchase; bank transactions to the original bank account. No other refund options are available. If you do wish to cancel your order your payment will be returned to your in full minus the cost of bank or merchant card processing fees.
